BANDAI SPIRITS announced at this year’s TAMASHII NATION that it will release new capsule toy products from multiple brands. The products will be available through Gashapon, the capsule toy brand operated by its affiliated company Bandai. The first wave, released in December, will feature Mobile Suit Gundam from ROBOT Spirits, Dragon Ball Z from S.H.Figuarts, and Saint Seiya from Saint Cloth Myth EX.
The figure is approximately 5cm in total length. Even in miniature size, it faithfully reproduces the brand’s characteristic intricacy, quality, and world view. Each brand offers four different types, sold individually for 500 yen each, tax included.
The capsule toy market has seen many collaboration cases with companies that want to promote their products. BANDAI SPIRITS is also aiming to increase brand awareness through these collaborations.
